DCRS Technician

Responsibilities:

Set-up, operation and breakdown of basic to high-end audio, visual, projection and lighting equipment
Proper security, storage, transportation and maintenance of equipment before and after each event
Proficiency in all CRT systems and software programs
Direct interaction with clients to meet and exceed their needs by acting as CRT's primary point of contact on the road

Qualifications:
While we do require that you have previous experience in the field we also provide extensive training. This ensures that our clients get the expertise they deserve on each and every job.

2+ years of experience in a related field, with technical aptitude and understanding in using A/V equipment and computer software.
Ability to present a polished image, meet dress-code requirements and represent CRT in a professional manner
Exceptional “plays well with others” skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact with clients and internal employees
Honed salesmanship, customer service, problem solving and “thinking on feet” abilities
Flexibility to travel extensively - about 85% of the time - and
accomodate rotating work schedule that may include nights and weekends.
